hsbPP
A preprocessor simulation CAM interface for any CNC machine, which captures the operations and movement of a CNC machine prior to the physical machine operations and generates the relevant coding for the machine

Curved Timbers coming from hsbLAM and straight flat timbers from hsbTIMBER can be positioned on a virtual table. All machine operations integrated in the timbers will be simulated within the interface. This guarantees maximum error precautions and realibility. The CNC output is then created.
- generates the cnc data for relevant machines (e.g. Hundegger PBA, Weinmann Framemaker and MultiFunction)
- CNC operations are added automatically to beams, whether curved / straight beams or a group of beams in an element
- manually add or remove CNC operations
- You can set the order by which the CNC operations needs to be executed
- the simulation allows for the checking visually the the cnc opearation are not on a collision course with the machine or beams
- Further development is currently been done to relay an error checking report on completion of the simulation task
